03 · Communication Type
The engine determines what the event requires: an Office Action response or report, an SOU reminder, a renewal letter, a congratulations notice.
04 · Approved Template
The firm’s approved template resolves automatically, with shortcodes and conditional sections populated from the matter’s data.
05 · Supporting Information
Deadlines, serial and registration numbers, and attachments assemble in context — correctly named, nothing gathered by hand.
06 · Completed Workflow
Client-ready correspondence is produced, reported, and stamped complete. The matter closes with a record of who did what, when.
